Assessment of the Effect of Re-organization Strategy on Performance of Department of Immigration and Citizen Services in Kenya

The purpose of this study was to assess the relationship between reorganization strategies and the performance of department of immigration and citizen services in Kenya. The study was anchored under Contingency Theory of Structural Adaptation to Regain Fit Theory, it adopted an exploration configuration approach targeting a population of 124 representatives of the Department of Immigration and Citizen Services. The specialist utilized a straightforward separated arbitrary examining technique to choose a sample size of 74 respondents.
